To reserve your date, a security deposit is required.
The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your event. After your event concludes and the hall is returned in the agreed conditions, your security deposit will be refunded via check.
Hall Rules and Regulations

To ensure a pleasant experience for all, please observe the following guidelines:
Decorations:
No tape, staples, or hanging items on walls, doors, or ceilings. Prohibited items like rice, glitter, confetti, and open flames will incur deposit deductions.
Noise Control:
Noise levels should remain reasonable to avoid disturbances. Nueva Esperanza reserves the right to terminate an event if noise is excessive.
Trash & Clean-Up:
All decorations, food, and trash must be removed after the event. Trash disposal is available in Nueva Esperanza's designated dumpster.
Equipment Usage:
El Mercado provides tables and chairs but cannot guarantee additional inventory. Refrigerator use is permitted, but all food and drinks must be removed post-event.
Security:
Unplugging hall equipment, such as refrigerators and security cameras, will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
