The South Holyoke for Safe Neighborhood Initiative meeting is scheduled for Thursday, 6/14/12 at 1:00pm at El Mercado at 413 Main Street in Holyoke.
Here are some other upcoming events this month in South Holyoke:
- June 14th, 6pm to 7pm – Neighborhood Walk; we will be meeting in the parking lot of Morgan School and walking our target neighborhood. We are looking for resource agencies to engage folks and make referrals to specific resources.
- June 15th, 6pm to 10pm – Family Fun Night at James Jackson Court. Food, fun and games until 8pm, then outdoor movie on a big screen. Free juice and popcorn during the movie.
- June 16th, 12pm to 5pm – Peace March and Family Fun Day, beginning at the Holyoke High School, back parking lot and walking to Avery Field; food, fun and games..
- June 23rd, 12pm to 2pm – SHORTS event at James Jackson Court; outdoor activities for youth including basketball and volleyball.
- July 21st, 11am to 2pm – Family Fun Day at James Jackson Court. Food, fun and games, including bounce houses, face painting and balloon design.
