Booking your event at El Mercado is simple! You can check date availability and reserve the hall online, or you’re welcome to stop by our office in person. Food & Beverage Policy
El Mercado is a private facility, so you’re welcome to bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages. Note that there is no commercial kitchen available on-site for preparation.
Booking Details
- Availability: Rentals are available throughout the week, with flexible scheduling options for events and meetings.
- Rental Hours: Access to the hall begins at 9:00 am on the day of the event. Events must conclude by 11:30 pm, with the hall cleaned and vacated by 12:00 am.
- Alcohol: Alcohol is permitted if renters provide a valid liquor license from the City of Holyoke prior to the event.
- Rental Security Deposit: A Refundable Security Deposit is required in order to reserve a date. This deposit will be refunded post-event if no violations of rental terms or damage occur.
Payment and Cancellation Policies
- Payment: Full payment is due two weeks prior to the event. Failure to pay on time will result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
- Cancellations: Cancellations result in a forfeited deposit. Date changes are allowed if made at least two weeks before the event.
