Food & Beverage Policy
Renters are welcome to bring food and non-alcoholic beverages. Food and beverages must be contained to designated areas. Alcohol service is permitted with proper permits, licensed bartenders, and approved vendors only.
Booking Details
- Approval: All events must receive prior approval before a date is confirmed.
- Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement and full payment are required to secure your date.
- Event End Time: All events must conclude by 9:00 PM.
- Noise: Amplified sound must comply with local noise ordinances. A Police loudspeaker permit is required for all events.
- Insurance: All renters must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) with General Liability coverage of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence, with Armour Yard listed as Additionally Insured. Proof must be submitted before final approval.
- Security: Events with more than 50 attendees must provide licensed security.
- Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required to reserve your date. The deposit will be refunded post-event if no violations or damage occur.
Payment and Cancellation Policies
- Payment: Full payment is due two weeks prior to the event. Failure to pay on time will result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
- Cancellations: Cancellations result in a forfeited deposit. Date changes are allowed if made at least two weeks before the event.
